The SL55-08 is a StarModul double T joint with straight outlets for 5×5 cm square tube. It finishes an intermediate post with the continuous beam and straight outlets at 90° on both sides. It is assembled by screwing, without welding, and comes with screws included.
It is used on interior posts where beams cross in two directions. It is the flange-free version of the 5×5 cm range, designed for exposed structures where finish matters. Check the 3D viewer on this page to see the exact shape of the piece.
Fit the tubes into the piece, check the corner bracket and screw it in. No welding or special machinery is needed, so the structure can be assembled directly on site. For this joint you will need 5×5 cm galvanised steel tube (1.5 mm thick); we can send it to you cut to size.
