The SL55-07 is a StarModul T-joint with an angled outlet for 5×5 cm square tube. It finishes an intermediate post with the continuous beam and an angled outlet for the roof beam. It is assembled screwed, without welding, and is supplied without bolts.
Bolts and nuts
This connector is supplied without bolts: it is fixed to the tube with self-drilling screws, which are not included.
It is used on intermediate posts of mono-pitch roofs and porches. It is the no-flanges version in the 5×5 cm series, designed for exposed structures where the finish matters. See the 3D viewer on this page to see the exact shape of the part.
Fit the tubes into the part, check the corner bracket and screw. No welding or special machinery is needed, so the structure is assembled directly on site. For this joint you need 5×5 cm galvanised steel tube (1.5 mm thick); we can send it cut to size.

With the StarModul 3D steel structure configurator, you can define the dimensions, geometry, and initial configuration of a structure using our bolted connection system.
The tool generates a preliminary list of the necessary joints, a quantity takeoff for pipes and profiles, and an initial assessment of the configured components.
