Terms and conditions of use

PURCHASING AND/OR CONTRACTING PROCESS

To make any purchase in www.starmodul.com it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.

In addition, it will be necessary for the customer to register at www.starmodul.com through a data collection form in which CUATELART is provided with the necessary information for the contract; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about your identity and that the customer must expressly consent by accepting the privacy policy of CUATELART.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are as follows:

  1. Choose the product and put it in the “cart”.
  2. Selection of the delivery address.
  3. Selection of the billing address.
  4. Selection of shipping method.
  5. Selection of payment method.

It is also recommended that the customer print and/or keep a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by CUATELART by e-mail.

BILLING

Together with your order, you will receive the corresponding invoice.

This invoice will be sent by ordinary mail.

GOODS DELIVERY POLICY

The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of order.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • With stock:
    For Catalonia and Aragon: 2-3 days
    Rest of communities: 7-8 days
  • Out of stock:
    2-3 weeks in all provinces

PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES

The prices of the products listed on www.starmodul.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.

PRODUCTS

The final prices of all products (and if applicable, the final prices per unit of measure, when required) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the http://panelsandwich.org catalog.

  • The products do NOT include VAT.
  • The VAT rate is 21%.
  • Shipping costs: are those indicated at the time of purchase.

Product prices are subject to change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the price in effect on the date the order was placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalizes his acceptance.

The products are guaranteed for three years

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 15 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

  • Contracts for the supply of products made to the specifications of the consumer and user or, clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

PRODUCTS

The customer shall have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product ordered to inform CUATELART about his desire to withdraw from the contract.

The withdrawal implies that CUATELART will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of one month, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within the exceptions listed above).

During this period, the consumer will communicate to the entrepreneur his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of CUATELART.

CUATELART will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal.

To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the details of the return.

The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

REMARKS

You must send the item(s) in the original packaging in which it was delivered by the logistics operator and a note explaining the problem detected. Once the return has been received, we will verify that the returned items correspond to the return delivery note and that they are in perfect conditions of use and complete. If the return is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse you the money in the same way you made the payment, within a maximum period of one month.

DURATION, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT DURATION

DURATION

The Customer shall have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the Product, to communicate its total or partial withdrawal of the purchase of the Product or service, in accordance with applicable law.

CANCELLATION

No penalty will be charged for a refund made within the deadline. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You must send the item(s) in the original packaging in which it was delivered by the logistics operator and a note explaining the problem detected. Once the return has been received by us, we will verify that the returned items physically correspond to the return delivery note and additionally that they have been received in perfect conditions of use, complete, in their original packaging and with no signs of having been used. If the verification of the order status is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse you the money in the same way you made the payment, within a maximum period of one month. If not, we will contact you to reship the item (you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with this reshipment).

You can pay immediately through our Bank’s SSL secure payment gateway. If any refund or cancellation of the order is necessary, the amount will be reimbursed through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 with total confidentiality.
