The SL55-13 is a wall bracket with straight outlet StarModul for 5×5 cm square tube. It is an anchor plate with straight outlet: it fixes the tube perpendicular to a flat surface, either the floor, as a post base, or a wall. It is assembled with screws, without welding, and includes the screws.
In StarModul kits it is used as a base for posts, anchored to the floor; it also serves to start beams from a façade. It is the version without flanges of the 5×5 cm series, designed for exposed structures where finish matters. Check the 3D viewer on this page to see the exact shape of the part.
Fit the tubes into the part, check the corner bracket and screw. No need to weld or use special machinery, so the structure is assembled directly on site. For this connection you need 5×5 cm galvanised steel tube (1.5 mm thick); we can send it to you cut to size.
