The 0055-22 is a StarModul floor post base for 5×5 cm square tubing. It is the post base: a plate with holes that is anchored to the floor and receives the tube vertically. It is bolt-mounted, without welding, and includes the screws.
It is placed at the foot of each post, on a slab, footing, or floor. It is the most common size for pergolas, porches, gazebos, and light self-assembly structures. Check the 3D viewer on this product sheet to see the exact shape of the part.
Fit the tubes into the part, check the corner bracket, and screw in. No welding or special machinery is required, so the structure is assembled directly on site. For this joint, you need 5×5 cm galvanized steel tubing (1.5 mm thick); we can send it to you cut to size.
