The 0055-15 is a StarModul omega connector for 5×5 cm square tube. It is an omega-shaped clamp that fixes a tube to a surface or another element by screwing it through its two flanges. It is assembled by screwing, without welding, and comes with the screws included.
It is used to attach tubes to walls, panels or enclosures, or to fix auxiliary profiles. It is the most common size for pergolas, porches, gazebos and lightweight self-assembly structures. Check the 3D viewer on this page to see the exact shape of the part.
Fit the tubes into the part, check the corner bracket and screw it in place. No welding or special machinery is needed, so the structure can be assembled directly on site. For this connector you need 5×5 cm galvanized steel tube (1.5 mm thick); we can send it to you cut to size.
