Our goal is to make your purchase quick and easy by offering a variety of payment options, so you can choose the one that works best for you. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
The Customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed. The initial price listed by Starmodul S.L. for each product offered will be increased by the applicable shipping charges. In any case, these charges will be disclosed to the Customer prior to finalizing the purchase.
The receipt or proof of purchase for the order will be available and can be viewed at www.starmodul.com in the “My Account” > “Orders” section.
The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to their order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and/or other similar cards), bank transfer, or PayPal. The card used for payment must be issued by a European bank or savings bank. Card payments are processed through Cajamar using its security protocols.
The Customer must notify Starmodul S.L. of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by email or phone, as soon as possible so that Starmodul S.L. can take the necessary steps.
Starmodul S.L. offers you a secure online payment system for credit cards, allowing you to make online purchases with complete peace of mind and security. All data provided during the process is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to ensure maximum security, preventing it from being intercepted during transmission.
To this end, Starmodul S.L. has adopted the international VISA security standard, known as Verified by VISA, which has been in place since April 2002. For Mastercard, it is called “MasterCard SecureCode.”

You should contact your bank and request activation of the Secure Payments Service for online purchases. This system consists of a password, a phrase known only to you, a random code sent to your cell phone, etc. Each bank has its own identification system. Many banks even offer the option to sign up online without having to visit a branch. Check with your bank.
The system works as follows: once you have selected your payment method—and WITHOUT HAVING TO ENTER YOUR CARD INFORMATION ON STARMODUL S.L.—our store sends you, along with your order information, directly to the bank’s secure payment gateway so you can complete the purchase using your card. This way, your advertising provider NEVER has access to your card information.
