The 0055-20 is a StarModul subframe connector with a straight outlet for 5×5 cm square tubes. It starts a tube in a straight line from an anchor plate to form the subframe of an opening. It is mounted by bolting, without welding, and includes the screws.
It is used in enclosures to prepare window or door openings. It is the most common size for pergolas, porches, gazebos, and lightweight self-assembly structures. View the 3D viewer on this sheet to see the exact shape of the part.
Fit the tubes into the part, check the corner bracket, and screw. No welding or special machinery is required, so the structure is assembled directly on-site. For this joint you need 5×5 cm galvanized steel tube (1.5 mm thick); we can send it to you cut to size.
