nostre costruzioni \u00e8 che sono autoportanti e leggere.<br \/>Queste due caratteristiche fanno s\u00ec che i <b>requisiti di fondazione siano minimi,<\/b> in quanto non superano un carico di <b>poche centinaia di grammi per centimetro quadrato<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>La<b>soletta in cemento armato \u00e8 la soluzione ideale<\/b>, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 possibile, contemporaneamente alla costruzione, isolarla termicamente, farne la soletta sanitaria, fungere da sottofondo per le varie tubature e da base per la pavimentazione, il riscaldamento, ecc.<\/p>\n<p>Sono accettabili anche altre soluzioni, come fondazioni a travi divaricate, pozzi controventati, fondazioni su pali, ecc.<br \/>Nell&#8217;esempio a sinistra, possiamo vedere quale sarebbe una soluzione di fondazione a platea adatta, che impostata e livellata (anche se <b>il sistema consente variazioni sostanziali<\/b> a questo proposito).<\/p>\n<p>Dopo il picchettamento, si formano i diversi pezzi e assemblaggi che compongono la struttura: portici, controventi&#8230; Tuttavia, in modo <b>estremamente semplice, assemblando i pezzi e avvitandoli nei nodi, senza bisogno di staffe o altri elementi di regolazione<\/b>, poich\u00e9 sono i nodi stessi a &#8220;guidare&#8221; le barre agli angoli giusti.<\/p>\n<p>Il <b>\n  <u>fissaggio<\/u>\n<\/b> della struttura alla platea di fondazione avviene in due fasi:<\/p>\n<p>Nel primo caso, l <b>&#8216;ancoraggio avviene per mezzo di pezzi speciali (vedi<\/b> sotto <b>per i dettagli dei pezzi<\/b>), che fissano una presa meccanica per mezzo di speciali bulloni ad alta resistenza.<\/p>\n<p>In una seconda fase, <b>incorporiamo parte dei nodi, dei sostegni e delle controventature in acciaio in una malta ad alta resistenza<\/b>, che servir\u00e0 da base per le pavimentazioni (vedi punti 04 e 10).<\/p><p>Le <b>\n  <u>risorse<\/u>\n<\/b> necessarie per l&#8217;assemblaggio della struttura sono ridotte al minimo per diversi motivi.<\/p>\n<p>L<b>\n  <u>i pesi che vengono gestiti sono molto bassi<\/u>\n<\/b> perch\u00e9 lavoriamo sempre con singoli elementi leggeri.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<b>assemblaggio \u00e8 autoguidato<\/b> in termini di posizioni angolari dei pezzi e non \u00e8 necessario tagliare gli angoli o &#8220;squadrare&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><b>Un cricchetto, una chiave, un trapano e una rivettatrice (e non sempre)<\/b> sono tutto ci\u00f2 che serve per alte specifiche di isolamento termico.<br \/>Lo spessore \u00e8 di 100 mm, il che conferisce all&#8217;edificio uno spettacolare coefficiente di isolamento.<\/p>\n<p>La larghezza utile di questi pannelli \u00e8 di 1 m, con incastro a maschio e femmina e perfettamente sigillati tra loro e la struttura.<\/p>\n<p>La sua elevata solidit\u00e0 collabora con la struttura, conferendo all&#8217;edificio un carattere autoportante con un&#8217;altissima resistenza, isolamento e durata, oltre a una manutenzione praticamente
