To make any purchase in www.starmodul.com it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.<\/p>\n

In addition, it will be necessary for the customer to register at www.starmodul.com through a data collection form in which CUATELART is provided with the necessary information for the contract; data that in any case will be truthful, accurate and complete about your identity and that the customer must expressly consent by accepting the privacy policy of CUATELART.<\/p>\n

The steps to follow to make the purchase are as follows:<\/p>\n

        According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 15 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD 1\/2007, of November 16, which approves the text referred to in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

        This right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:<\/p>\n

          PRODUCTS<\/h4>\n

          The customer shall have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the good or product ordered to inform CUATELART about his desire to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\n

          The withdrawal implies that CUATELART will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of one month, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the product purchased is not within the exceptions listed above).<\/p>\n

          During this period, the consumer will communicate to the entrepreneur his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of CUATELART.<\/p>\n

          CUATELART will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal.<\/p>\n

          To proceed with the return of a product it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.<\/p>\n

          Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the details of the return.<\/p>\n

          The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

          REMARKS<\/h4>\n

          You must send the item(s) in the original packaging in which it was delivered by the logistics operator and a note explaining the problem detected. Once the return has been received, we will verify that the returned items correspond to the return delivery note and that they are in perfect conditions of use and complete.           DURATION<\/h4>\n

          The Customer shall have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the Product, to communicate its total or partial withdrawal of the purchase of the Product or service, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n

          CANCELLATION<\/h4>\n

          No penalty will be charged for a refund made within the deadline. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. You must send the item(s) in the original packaging in which it was delivered by the logistics operator and a note explaining the problem detected. Once the return has been received by us, we will verify that the returned items physically correspond to the return delivery note and additionally that they have been received in perfect conditions of use, complete, in their original packaging and with no signs of having been used. If the verification of the order status is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse you the money in the same way you made the payment, within a maximum period of one month.
