To make any purchase on www.starmodul.com, the customer must be of legal age.<\/p>

In addition, the customer must register at www.starmodul.com by filling out a data collection form in which they provide CUATELART with the information necessary to enter into the contract; This information\u2014which must in all cases be truthful, accurate, and complete regarding the customer\u2019s identity\u2014requires the customer\u2019s express consent by accepting CUATELART\u2019s privacy policy.<\/p>

The steps to follow to make a purchase are:<\/p>

        As established by law, consumers and users have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract within a maximum period of 15 calendar days without having to provide a reason and without incurring any costs, except for those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1\/2007, dated November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. <\/p>

        This right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to:<\/p>

          The customer will have a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the requested item or product to notify CUATELART of their desire to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>

          In the event of cancellation, CUATELART will refund the amount already paid by the customer within one month at the latest, using the same payment method chosen by the customer (provided that the purchased product is not subject to the exceptions listed above).<\/p>

          During this period, the consumer shall notify the business of their decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to CUATELART\u2019s email address.<\/p>

          CUATELART will provide the consumer with an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal on a durable medium.<\/p>

          To return a product, it is essential that it be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and unused.<\/p>

          Once we receive your request, we will contact the customer to provide the return details.<\/p>

          The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.<\/p>

          You must send the item(s) in the original packaging in which they were delivered by the logistics provider, along with a note explaining the problem you encountered. Once we have received the return, we will verify that the returned items match the return slip and that they are in perfect condition and complete.           The Customer will have a maximum of 15 calendar days from the delivery of the Product to notify the Company of their full or partial withdrawal from the purchase of the Product or service, in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>

          CANCELLATION<\/h4>

          Returns made within the specified time frame will not incur any penalties. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The customer must send the item(s) in the original packaging in which they were delivered by the logistics provider, along with a note explaining the problem encountered. Once we have received the return, we will verify that the returned items physically match the return slip and, additionally, that they have been received in perfect condition, complete, in their original packaging, and with no signs of use. If the order\u2019s condition is satisfactory, we will refund your money via the same payment method you used, within a maximum of one month.
